Bonding
WISA Form Birch uses phenolic resin cross-bonded weather-resistant gluing, making it suitable for concrete formwork and other demanding site conditions.
Surface
The standard face and reverse finish is brown phenolic film. Coating weights of 120 g/m2 and 220 g/m2 are available depending on the intended use, required concrete quality, and expected number of reuses.
Edges and machining
Edges are protected with acrylic-based paint. Edge machining and CNC machining are available on request. If panels are cut to size on site, exposed edges should be sealed with a suitable exterior paint to help maintain durability over time.
